  • Braun, 2018, In Karny 1915 on p. 67 (see Otte 1994) is described Heterotrypus unipartitus from Taiwan, Takao XI 1907 (now Xenogryllus marmoratus unipartitus, female holotype). H. tripartitus is not mentioned. But he mentions a pair from Japan in Brunner von Wattenwyl's collection which are smaller than the specimen from Taiwan [Formosa]. Are these specimens renamed by Chopard 1968?
